Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

NO REFUNDS!

Due to the nature of our products, refunds will not be permitted. Clients are welcome to make exchanges however, requests for exchanges must be made via email within 5 days of delivery. Requests for exchanges are decided on a case by case basis and are dependent on our current stock. In the event of an approved exchange, hair must be sent back in the original condition. Alterations to hair including but not limited to combing, washing, brushing or coloring will not be accepted. Clients needing an exchange will be responsible for shipping the hair back to us.

Payment, Shipping & Delivery

How It Works

Payment: We accept major Debit/Credit Cards and PayPal. If you are experiencing any trouble making payments, please send us an email with your order details at info@elisashair.com and we will create an invoice for you. 

Shipping & Delivery: We currently ship Worldwide. If your country is not included on the shipping list,  please email info@elisashair.com, we'd love to work with you. 

United States: All orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days from the order date and will be delivered within 3-4 business days after shipping.​​​

International Shipments: International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
